A FAMILY COOKING

ADA & Accessibility

Effective date: October 28, 2026

Our accessibility goal

A Family Cooking aims to make information about Chef Phil’s services available to people with disabilities. Our goal is to improve the website toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, a widely used accessibility standard. This statement describes our approach and contact options; it is not a certification that every page or third-party feature fully conforms to a particular standard.

Using the website

We aim to provide clear headings, readable text, sufficient contrast, descriptive image text, understandable links, and navigation that can be used with a keyboard. The site’s food photographs also have text descriptions to help communicate their purpose. Accessibility can vary by page, browser, device, assistive technology, and external service. We welcome reports of barriers so they can be investigated and addressed.

Request help or an alternative format

If you cannot access a menu, use a form, read a page, or complete an event inquiry, please call (754) 422-3388 or email cateringbyphils@hotmail.com. You can ask for menu or service information through another practical communication method. Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and a description of the difficulty. Browser, device, and assistive technology details can help if you wish to provide them. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or send medical documentation to report a website issue.

Third-party features

Some information and functions are provided by external services, including Google reviews and the Wufoo contact form. Their interfaces may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. If one prevents you from getting information or contacting us, use the phone or email options above so we can discuss an alternative. A third-party limitation does not prevent you from making an inquiry directly.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility requires ongoing attention as content and services change. We review reported difficulties and consider practical changes to content, navigation, and presentation. A website policy or automated tool alone does not establish complete accessibility.
